Python Job: SCCM Administrator

Description

The System Engineer I, will be responsible for providing detailed technical solutions for our systems engineers, developers, and partners. knowledge of hardware and software will help to provide solutions to difficult challenges, bottlenecks, limitations, and training. The Engineer is responsible for supporting all cloud activities and infrastructure. This role provides consultation and direct technical support in life cycle planning, integration, and configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

• Bilingual (English and Spanish), capable to sustain business conversations

• 2+ years installing and maintaining Windows (Installation, configuration, and support)

• 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

• Deep and broad general IT knowledge and hands-on experience in different areas such as networking, infrastructure, security, solutions architecture and design, etc.

• Strong Knowledge and proven experience in setting up, securing and managing cloud infrastructure

• Coding experience with at least one of the following: Python, PowerShell Scripting, terraform, ansible.

• Experience and knowledge of all areas of infrastructure, hardware and software.

Responsibilities

1. Provide 1st level global support (management of requests and resolution of incidents.)

2. Documenting and execute change in the infrastructure.

3. Creation, migration, cloning, snapshots, backup, recovery and troubleshooting of Virtual machines.

4. Develop automated scripts (Python, Shell, PowerShell) and other automation tools.

5. Ability to resolve cloud related tickets and requests

6. Participate in the On-Call rotation for maintenance responsibilities.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,500.00 per month
